I order some fried oysters,it did not have no seasoning and there was to much cornmeal so you could not taste the oysters. So there is no good Cajun and creole food in Texas if you want good Cajun and creole food you would probably have to travel Louisiana to get it.

Went by bayou cat today haven't been in a minute and never will return. What is it with all these restaurants serving Asian catfish tha taste and texture is different so when u eat here are Catfish Floyd's in dallas just know your not EATING CATFISH FROM UNITED STATES. That's why it smell and tastes fishy also and u can buy a case of it for 30.00. Everyone knows case of real catfish starts at 70.00 so u do tha math
