Came here for our anniversary date. Honestly it was SO freaking delicious. I have a more savory palate. I enjoy salty vs. sweet, and all new combinations. Walking in, there is some seating on the roof but its somewhat limited. We sat inside right in front of the kitchen. It was separated by a nice glass, allowing us to feel interactive, but giving us some privacy at the same time. Starting Out: We ordered Chef Tommy's Bacon. Quite literally the juiciest and most mouth watering bacon I have ever tasted. Crumbled blue cheese w/ a truffle infused honey. Chef's kiss** mwah. Dinner: I enjoyed the "Butcher's Butter," which is an 10oz cellar cut steak. The waitress who recommended it said it melts in your mouth literally like butter, it's so tender. She sold me on that, because those are quite literally two of my favorite things. Overall, we had an excellent experience at B&B Butcher's. Be sure you call and make a reservation that way you can be accommodated!

2nd time here. Great food. Expensive. Excellent wine list by bottle… glass… meh. I’ve only eaten at the bar, upstairs & downstairs; Andrés & Chastity top notch. Can’t say that for teenage hostesses.

My wife and I found last minute reservations to B&B Butchers & Restaurant the day after Christmas. Regarding COVID-19 precautions, staff did a great job wearing their masks correctly. It was our choice to reserve rooftop table. B&B has a great menu for all appetites. We shared a Porterhouse for 2. We had Mac & Cheese, Bacon 3 ways, Half dozen oysters. My wife had a Moscow mule and my Old Fashioned was great. I highly recommend B&B for a great rooftop dining experience. We had a beautiful view of downtown Houston. As always, give it a try and form your own opinion.
