We did takeout at BB's Tex-Orleans, and it was very good. The chicken and sausage gumbo was very good--the chicken was super tender, and the broth was great, very thick. The gumbo came with one hush puppy, a little thing of rice (probably two tablespoons of rice) and saltine crackers. I also tried BB's famed boudain balls, and, while they were good, they were super rich--I only ate one and was full. The service was quick and easy--no problems at all with the ordering or pickup.
