Most of the time it’s really good, but there are times when it’s just bad. Seems like there one or two cooks who don’t really know what they’re doing, but, overall I’ve had mostly great experiences.I was disappointed that they weren’t able to apply a 20% off for “takeout Thursday” after I placed a take out order online. The girl on the phone rudely told me to “press the back button and see if it could be applied”, so I don’t think she understood what I was saying as I already paid for it. I’ve worked at a few restaurants and we’ve always been able to fix that for customers, so I was surprised that she claimed they couldn’t go in and apply the 20% off and just credit my card.

Very good good. The food is really fresh. You can make a salad, fajitas, typical Mongolian food...There is a buffet where you grab your raw ingredients and sauce. Then they grill it Infront of you and you can take it back to your table to eat. They have a price for 1 bowl and unlimited bowls.

My family has enjoyed eating at a Bd's Mongolian Grill no matter where we have lived for the last 16 years. The food is always great. This particular BD's has let me down a bit. A party of adults and kids of about 8 people came in during the dinner rush around 5:20 pm and were ignored for 15 minutes. After about 10 minutes I saw a manager, two servers, two host and a bar tender meet near the hostess stand for about two minutes. One hostess pointed to our table and raised her hand. The host that sat us said nothing, the servers went to their perspective areas and the bar tender offered to take the table. The group disbanded and after waiting about five minutes more I approached the host who sat our table and informed him that no one had approached us. He apologized in a while later the bartender came over. I called to speak with a manager and was told I was speaking with someone who supervises and manages. After explaining my point of view I got apologies and offers to find out what happened. The person I was speaking with was the host who sat us earlier in the evening. I will still eat at BD's Mongolian grill, but, doubt I would ever returned to this one. The bartender who waited on us was great and as I recall mentioned he had no problem picking up our table during that few minute chat. We sat close enough to witness and hear the conversation...
