The restaurant was nicely decorated. The food was good. The rice noodle dish we had was good but could have had a little more meat added. I may have had a couple pieces. Maybe because it was lunchtime. I ordered with my order short ribs. They were thin sliced as you may have seen other places. This definitely a great spot if you're watching what you eat. Lite food.

As a filipino, being able to go to Be More Pacific in Houston fills me with so much joy.  I absolutely adore the restaurant they have in Austin, and having it in Houston too makes me so happy.  Unfortunately, it's far from my home, but I'll have to make do. I've been here a couple times for happy hour, and they've got really fantastic deals for happy hour.  Half off on a bunch of apps is always great.  I've gotten the fried spam musubi, longanisa tots, and shanghai lumpia several times.  I think my favorites would be the lumpia - a solid staple.  For some reason, even though the fried spam musubi should be right up my alley, something about it feels off to me.  The home-made spam doesn't hit the same notes as canned.  I think it may not be as salty as I'm expecting - but it's good all the same.   My favorite here so far though has to be the kare kare.  I'm not a big f...
