I happened upon this cute spot while visiting Seattle. There were three food trucks (BBQ, Mexican, and I can't remember the third one because I pretty much made a beeline to the BBQ), and the lines were pretty short at all of them - I feel like I lucked out! Tables have good spacing between them. There was live music too - a guy on a keyboard who was pretty good. Nice atmosphere and good food, well worth a stop.

Not as pretty looking as the pictures, but still tastes amazing. At first bite I was a bit worried about it being too bland, but as I bit into more the flavors began to show up. I really enjoyed this little meat pastry. The truck can be found about half a block away from uwajimaya sometimes. Look for the red truck with a few people standing around looking confused lol...Looking at their menu they seem to have a decent selection. I ordered the roscoe san which was their chicken based option. Their sweet options looked very tempting. I'll have to come back for more soon. Maybe not for a quick snack unless they have an online order option, but for a filling snack indeed.

Decent taiyaki - the best I've found outside of Japan - but the customer service couldn't be further from their Japanese roots. Oh, and the location calendar on their website is unreliable, another customer service problem.
