I used to hate beard papa's when I lived in Cali, but figured to give it a try after seeing an establishment in China town( and after 6 years of not eating at a beard papa's). Now I can said I'm hooked, well for their honey butter cream puff with vanilla custard! Drool! Not overly sweet, but just right! Crunchy puff with crystallized sugar on top stuffed with yummy cold custard... i can eat buckets of that custard! I must have more!!!
