During the worst week in SeaTac history (snowstorm + holidays + Covid), the counter staff at Beecher's on Friday morning was sincere and friendly and served up delicious breakfast sandwiches with efficiency and cheer.

Probably the shortest line in Beecher's Handmade Cheese - SeaTac on a Saturday around noon. Grabbed a quick ham and cheese that was already prepared and it was VERY tasty. The cheese did have some pieces that were gooey and delicious and then some that were the harder, stronger tasting border which I would prefer not to have in a sandwich. Otherwise excellent sandwich.
