19jan2022 ~11:30 arrived to its "Closed" clock-sign diaplaying "be back 17:30" (Google shows it Opens at 12:00). We went for a walk around the neighborhood .. atopped by Goodwill. Returned to Beetle Cafe at ~12:05 and it was still Closed .. a lil disappointed, but not a problem cos there are many other fine eateries around .. The 3-stars are for the Menu .. maybe next time can have a taste of the real food

Had the hainan chicken rice and the mie tek tek. The hainan chicken was excellent, and some sauces were good. The rice definitely wasn’t up to par though as it was a little soggy. Mie tek tek was great. Would not recommend the popcorn chicken. I like the portion size; just enough without being too huge.Also my cup for water seemed a little dirty. The space is cute with interesting decor
