Bella Restaurant & Banquet in Anaheim

If I could give zero stars I would!! We booked with them for one of their halls that they work with and they were suppose to cater our wedding from their restaurant. We went to their restaurant and sampled food and everything seemed legit, tasted well, we chose what we wanted and went on our way. Come wedding day they served our guest completely different food than we ordered, on Styrofoam plates!!! The food was late, disgusting and cold. There wasn't enough for everybody to even have firsts let alone seconds if they wanted. They brought out the adults food before serving the kids. Soggy/cold French fries and chicken nuggets that they were so generous to throw in for "free". While serving they had no idea what they were doing, they were just giving plates to whoever wherever and wondering why everything was complete chaos ‍ After so much bs we began to have attitude with lady who was supposedly in charge and she had the nerve to say she had never been so disrespected in her life!! The food was just one of the issues. When we first arrived at the venue the security guard walked off of the job so my guests weren't allowed to enjoy the open bar we paid for because they weren't allowed to serve alcohol without security. He refused to work with the "wedding planner" and walked out. We also paid to have the venue until 1am..after 10pm sometime they came turning the lights on, started sweeping and telling our dj he had to go. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE FOOD. They didn't let me and my friend sit down and eat because we only ordered a taco. There was no customers at all in the store and refused to let us dine in. Workers have attitude and taco had no toppings it was a plain freaking taco

Tried calling to place an order. After the third time calling someone picked up the phone and hung up.
