Today my wife and I were traveling and stopped for lunch at Belle's Chicken Dinner House. This turned out to be quite a serendipitous event indeed. As we walked up to the restaurant we were taken back by the inviting landscaping and the wafting smell of what can only be described as Sunday dinner at grandmas house. We entered the restaurant and were immediately met with a warm and inviting greeting from the manager who personally showed us to our table. The restaurant has the most unique and enjoyable decorations that we have seen in years. The food and service was beyond amazing. Home cooked family style sides with perfectly prepared entries. For desert we couldn't make our minds up on whether to try the cobbler, bread pudding or pineapple upside down cake so the manager felt it only befitting that we try all three. Without a doubt any patron will be pleasantly surprised no matter which one they chose. We will definitely be returning any time we are in the area and highly recommended this restaurant to anyone
