Michael Goldberg is owner and has very poor customer relations. I arranged to buy 35 tickets to Drive by Truckers for the normal price of $50 with a small service fee. Management comes back and says that they need at least double that amount to cover drinks, gratuity and taxes above and beyond simple GA ticket price. When I questioned them about it he was irate and cancelled us all together. I've been coming there since it first opened in 2005. Service is terrible, management is a mess and they have no regard for their customers. I'll never bring a group there again. Music is great but that's. it. Thumbs down!!!

Love this place! Great sound and a very intimate setting. It's amazing how they can get such great shows continuously.
