Terrible service every time I go here even when I try and give them a break and order food over the phone, the lady always had an attitude and hung up on me. Overall 2/10 restaurant. Could get better service from my grandmother.

Been to Benchwarmers more times than I can count. My husband played softball for them, we live in Ankeny so it's a well-known place for friends food and fun. Stopped for a quick bite while my son was at basketball practice. It happen to be $.75 wing night, which is great! We sat at the bar, as we regularly do, And it took several minutes for us to be acknowledged. Ordered drinks and requested a menu, the drinks were brought promptly. We ended up having to flag down Wait staff, to ask for a menu. We decided to keep it simple and just ordered a side of fries with wings. It was not very busy, less than half filled....
Horrible service, multiple fails. Will not revisit
