There is a total disconnect between front and kitchen.. with an hour to wait. 1st order came out after 2nd with equal prep time. 2nd order got cold while waiting for 1st order. Only one cook in the kitchen was overwhelmed by only a few tables. Expediting is non-existent. Managers are where? Two thumbs down

Good service. We were seated on-time and were served drinks, salad and soup within 10 minutes. Chef was at table within 20 minutes and expertly prepared seafood and steak dinners. Was not the service or experience of Benihana I've had in the past in other locations. Waiter was not friendly or personable. He forgot our utensils, my husband ordered a double Jack and Coke, well they don't serve Coke there but he did mention they serve Pepsi and my husband said that will be fine we'll the waiter forgot the Pepsi. He also would forget to refill the drinks. Never going back again.
