Worst experience ever at a Benihana , front desk person taking order over phone rude ! We don’t take phone order but yet it says press two to place phone order ! I should have stopped there but my family wanted this for dinner went into place order and got the same person who answered the phone very rude and short with answer and attitude . 160 dollar dinner not a lot but to try and charge 70 cents for sauces which she didn’t know the name of but you work there ! Overall I’m so upset writing this I’ll stop here . I’ll drive further to get better experience than ever coming back to this location again. If someone isn’t happy with there job or not good with customer service never have them in front facing customer who are spending money . Part of the experience of your restaurant is just that and this experience was one of the worst ever .
