1st time trying I was not impressed. Made reservations for 2 @ 1pm arrived on time & wasn’t seated until around 1:45pm. The cook somehow forgot my son meal & had to stop in the middle of the presentation to go get more food. This place is overrated & def not worth the hype I’ve had Better food & experience at other Japanese steak houses

Never will I order to go again I ordered a 24 oz Hibachi Chicken Rice the chicken was hard couldn't even see any vegetables and it had no flavor

I ordered Benihana thru Uber eats for take out. By the time the order is estimated to be ready, I drove to Benihana. The waitress told me my order will be ready in 2 hours !!!!Just please do not do online order. They never update the wait time for the order.Also the waitress told me “oh you can cancel Uber and they will refund you.. and of course Uber doest want to refund because THE RESTAURANT HAS ACCEPTED THe ORDERBenihana, if you are so overbooked, pls update your wait time in Uber or at least do mot accept the order - so disappointing !!
