Very disappointed. It’s no where near the quality of food it once was years ago. My sushi roll was mushy and the shrimp was soggy. The fried rice was very salty. They forgot my yum yum sauce too. I won’t be back, ever!

I had the absolute worst experience on a takeout order from Benihana. I was the first customer in for the day, and I waited an hour for my order. I specifically asked the server to make sure that my food was good as this meal was a treat for me after a long, difficult year. Not only was my order thrown together; it was completely wrong. I ordered hibachi steak and lobster and received hibachi chicken and shrimp. When I called back to the restaurant, the same hostess that asked me “How can I help you” when I walked in earlier that day left me on hold for over seven minutes when I asked to speak with management. Once i activated a little bit of my crazy, the shift manager called me back, telling me that she would have the general manager to reverse the charge, and it would take 5-7 business days to process my refund. This location has a whole lot of shaping up to do.
