Bethlehem Dairy Store in Bethlehem

We are loyal customers, we are there at least once a week and would normally give it 5 starts but the disrespect of an employee today was terrible. We had waited outside for a few minutes because there were people getting rung up and there were more people inside waiting. We waited for some people to move up and then we came inside. Immediately an employee came up to us and told us to wait outside. She didn’t tell everyone she chose my group of 3 to tell to go out. When we went to leave she said “it will only be a minute” and rolled her eyes. She allowed everyone else who was waiting inside to stay there but my group of 3 had to leave. She then let the group behind us inside and gave them no issue. Mind that it is 29 degrees outside. She also wasn’t even in the store with everyone, she was in the back room. There was no need for her to speak to us the way she did or for her to single us out.

Every single thing about this establishment is wonderful. From the sweetest workers, to the most delicious ice cream- it’s my family’s happy place! Btw, if you’re not getting birthday cakes from them, what are you even doing?!! Pls live a little, get a cake from them, heck don’t wait until it’s someone’s bday- just get it! It’s that gooooood!!

We love going to The Bethlehem Dairy Store/The Cup for ice cream. The milk shakes are awesome especially the almond joy milk shake. It actually tastes like the candy bar. My husband loves the sugar free ice cream. They have a lot more sugar free selections than most ice cream places have. We will definitely keep going back for more.
