My husband and I had our 27th Anniversary dinner at Betula Aspen tonight. I ordered the tenderloin and asked for it well done (I know that's not the way most people prefer it) but it's the way I like it. Pavel our waiter was so sweet and helpful. He told me not to worry; I could send it back until it was the way I wanted it. Feeling like I was going to be a problem I offered to order something else but he said not to worry. I told him it was fine with me if they sliced it to make it easier to cook. He explained to the Chef my preference and my tenderloin was perfect. I didn't have to send it back. I want to thank Pavel, the Chef, and the whole staff who took such good care of us. We are locals and we will definitely return and will send o...
