Cool vibe and lots of cheap IPAs. Food is solid too.

I don't like reviewing restaurants with one star, especially during COVID times, but I have to with this one. First, the fact that you're forced to order before sitting down is awkward and nerve-wracking. The hostess was really friendly while explaining the dishes to us, but a line started to form as she did so, and we felt rushed to choose our beer and food. Second, the food simply wasn't good. I ordered the Patatas Americano (french fries with unique toppings) and the pickled egg. I wouldn't eat the fries again, but they weren't repulsive, while the pickled egg was seriously one of the grossest dishes I've ever tried. My oblivious bum thought I was ordering an authentic southern dish to try, and I pictured a hard-boiled egg that was ... pickled. What I received was really unexpected - a hard-boiled egg smothered in a sweet marmalade. I tried it, discretely spit it into my napkin, and I'm not kidding when I say I gag just thinking about it. There are so many other breweries that serve beers and food in Asheville - I wouldn't recommend going to Bhramari Brewing Company.
