Great food and atmosphere. The noodles taste so fresh! We loved the pork belly & beef dry mix noodles, green onion pancake & the sichuan honey wings!!! We weren't a fan of the fried chicken bao, it wasn't as flavorful as the other dishes.

Biang Biang Noodles is one of the best noodle places I have ever dined at. Staying in Seattle for about a week or so, I was craving some thick noodles. Finding this location nearby, I was not disappointed in the slightest by the food. The location was clean and well-maintained. The restaurant had a modern look with amazing branding on their products (bubble tea cups, bowls, etc.). I ordered the spicy chicken dry noodle mix and though the portion size was excellent. It came in a big bowl with a balanced mix of noodles, chicken, vegetables, and sauce. The bubble tea had a strong tea taste, and although they did not have tapioca at the time, I was satisfied with the drink. Solid 5 out of 5 stars.
