The food and service were good. Coffee was very good. The restroom, however, was filthy. It needed cleaning desperately.

The breakfast with Santa was such a special treat for our granddaughters. Our food was perfectly prepared and tasted great. Thank you to Alpena Big Boy, Santa, & our excellent waitress Bridget for bringing the magic of Christmas to our granddaughters.
