The ice cream is great but the customer service couldn’t be worse. Horrible attitudes. I get it probably been a long day but for first time customers it was very off putting not sure I’ll be back.

After following Big Brother's Ice Cream's journey from afar, I was finally able to try it! I got the Cherry Cheesecake, and it was amazingI love their new location and can't wait to go back!
