Big Mario’s is the closest thing you’ll get to New York pizza without having to go cross country. They’re one of the only places in the city serving pizza by the slice, and it’s pretty cheap by Seattle standards. Hands down the best pizza in Seattle.

We ordered half flying pig, half picoli... Twice. First time it was super yum. Second time was sad news. My picoli half was missing pepperoni. Translation: my half of the pizza was just pineapple and jalapeño. Face palm. Dramatic sigh. Frown. I still feel sad, but I love big Mario's pizza so I don't want to be too harsh. Just sad.... That sucked. In general, this place makes great pizza. Thin tender crust, quality ingredients. Try it. Check your pie before you drive away.
