Terrible experience trying to order wings here. We tried to cancel our order and they told us that we had to do that online. When we tried to cancel online, there isn't an option so we decided to go pick up the wings because we had prepaid for them. When we went to pick up our wings, they told us that they gave our wings away because they thought we cancelled, but again, you can't can't your order online. They argued over the fact that we shouldn't get our wings because we WANTED to cancel our order but still wouldn't give us our money back. Terrible customer service. These w...

My order was wrong cold I ordered big easy wiing with extra sauce on the side. The came not sauced and cold. Hopefully they get it right next time.
