The owners of this location, specifically the woman, is EXTREMELY rude. They must be making a ton of money, because they chose to refuse service to 30 maskless shoppers today. She then proceeded to call security to request that the shoppers be trespassed from the mall entirely. It is a business's right to refuse service. It is also our right to share negative experiences and to take our money elsewhere. Please support businesses that support freedom. Kim and Dan are amazing people! Service is always fast and friendly. I have noticed the staff just seems to be in a better mood since they took over. If I want Big Town, I will always go to the one in the mall!
