This used to be my favorite West Michigan Biggby location, however, things have drastically changed over the past two years. Orders tend to have errors and the staff does not know how to properly manage high customer traffic. I tried to visit this location twice in the past week and it was closed despite posted hours stating they were open. Unfortunately, I think it’s time to say goodbye to this Biggby

The orange dream creme thing was pretty good. Had never been to a BIGGBY coffee before, not too bad.
