I went to the Lowell location this morning for a cup of caffeine. When I arrived inside, there was half the menu missing. No section that offers the basic latte, capp, americano, etc with price and calorie. I politely asked the cashier where this menu was located. The reply, and the new Biggby policy, left me to NEVER return to ANY Biggby location. I was told that menu is available strictly online. No printed option in store!! They do not know what is on that menu to assist me and since the cashier didn't know what I wanted to drink I would have to login to their wifi. In other words: GET OUT OF LINE, look up the menu, and come back later. Bulls*!+. I have always enjoyed supporting a MI based company but this is the last straw. I will never again visit another Biggby Coffee.
