All of the times that I went to this place, some of the food was rotten including the pork and the chicken. I would ask for a alcohol drink, showing my id and the server would be very rude and not want to sell me anything. The customer service is the worst and I will be telling my friends not to waste their money here because its not worth it!

É um ambiente muito bom quando é relacionado ao pagode e sertanejo porém o atendimento é péssimo. Nunca tinha visto um atendimento tão péssimo como do Bigode. Os atendentes não vão até a mesa e quando vão demoram mais que 30minutos então eu tive que levantar-me toda vez para pedir algo.
