We haven't been to Birdies since it was in Hiram maybe 8 years ago. We have it a try and what a pleasant surprise. Service was great and friendly. Wings were excellent, fries, onion rings excellent as well. My wife is a girl from the coast and extremely picky when it comes to seafood and catfish. We were surprised to see catfish on the menu as well as shrimp and clams. My wife said I don't eat catfish other then North Carolina. The owner cooked up and fresh piece and brought it to us to try... we'll all I can say is, guess what we are ordering on the next trip to Birdies Wings? Catfish... it was great, tasty, and no fishy taste at all. Very lightly breaded and their homemade tartar sauce was a great compliment.
