Beyond my expectations, from the hand-made tortillas, to the fully flavored "consome", (trying without any add-ons is the taste test) I was almost teleported to my grandmas house, the meat was tender and very well seasoned, all the additional things, fresh dice cilantro and onion, limes 4 different salsas im small to go containers (perfect size I may add) , and everything placed in a nice , big paper bag with a couple of stickers from the place , the agua fresca was on point , I have Jamaica water (made from the dry hibiscus flower) that was just perfect sweet and tangy just the way it supposed to be , I'm truly impressed with everything they do, the birria from Birrieria Guadalajara is done the right way, I was born and raised in Guadalajara, and there's a lot of places that can claim they have the best Birria in town, let me tell you that Birrieria Guadalajara in Orange County Calif...
