The food is good and I order from the Austin location and it’s always been timely and great. That being said THIS location has constantly been late with my orders. I have had to sit and wait 20-30 minutes after my pick up time. To make things worse I have to hear excuses and blame on Beyond Menu (ordering from Biryani n Grills website) for their inability to complete an order put in hours ahead of time. Dine in but NEVER ORDER A PICK UP. Go somewhere else.
