So sad to give this review for our small town restaurant. Our town needs these family owned quality restaurants. First visit was a to-go order which was fantastic. Second and reluctant third visit were a disaster. Molded cheese in a salad and a "body" hair in the second salad. Third visit was started with greeting of "we close in 30....but if you want dinner, I guess we can seat you". Then we watched the staff mop the kitchen floor while cooking food for multiple tables. The GM on site handled with grace and was a professional, but it was our last visit to our Bistro 1031 in Aledo, TX. Very sad to see a local business lose focus on such important details that are the backbone of keeping a small town restaurant in business. Even In these very trying times....we have to go above and beyond to stay in business!
