Today was my first visit to Bistro 1307 LLC. I was very pleased with the variety on the menu, the quick service, and the taste of the food. The chicken sausage gumbo had a bit of spice in it, and it was served hot, just the way I like it! A chocolate brownie topped it off for dessert. I will definitely return to this restaurant again…and again!!!

OBSESSED! I’ve noticed that variety hasn’t exactly been Calhoun County’s selling point, but the Gumbo and sandwiches at this place blew my mind! Local geniuses. I can’t rave enough about this place! Slightly difficult to find so look for the blue and white striped awning. When you see that, go ahead and put your car in park and show them some well deserved appreciation. If you’re disappointed, I’ll personally pay for your meal!
