Overall, Bistro 1521 has most of the Filipino staples to satisfy your cravings. I ordered the chicken adobo and cassava cake. While the food fit my expectations, the service wasn't the best. I was with three other guests and when we ordered, we were informed that the dishes that we wanted weren't available.
