Bistro 3100 in Anaheim

The service at this bar is beyond bad. Two bartenders who, despite having almost no customers, can manage to wait on absolutely no one. They just chat with the customers while you wait, wondering if you'll ever get a drink, some food, a refill, a bill - anything. It's that bad. Go elsewhere. This isn't a place that's takes any interest in their restaurant or bar.

I saw that this hotel restaurant had not been reviewed in a while  I visited in May of 2019 and was too tired to go out and drive to a "better" restaurant. I decided to try the Bistro. I at at the bar and the bartenders were great. I ordered the Black and Blue burger and a side salad. I expected the salad to come out first, but they came out together. The Caesar salad was ok, the dressing was a bit runny. The burger was large and quite tasty, it had a good charbroiled taste. The sweet potato fries were great. My whiskey sour was made well. I ordered the flourless chocolate cake, but didn't love it because it may have had coconut flakes in it. There were several people eating at the bar, many having burgers and all seemed to enjoy as well. Don't be hesitant to try this in hotel restaurant.

We ordered a pizza here while staying here and it was really expensive but we didn't want to leave the hotel. The pizza was average and we were able to pick 3 toppings. The guy in charge of the to-go order was really nice! If you don't want to leave the hotel, this restaurant is here but it's kind of pricey.
