Service and food was horrible. I definitely do not recommend this location. I've been to multiple locations and I love the food and service but this location is just simply horrible

The food was horrible! It looked like they constantly recooked the food! I ordered chicken and waffles, everything was hard, the chicken looked as if it was refried 10 times! I've never had a hard waffle before! I went to the ladies room to wash my hands and the bathroom was disgusting! It looked as if homeless people came there to wash, the soap dispensers were all over the sink, trash all over the floor, I was afraid to wash my hands because I was afraid if I touched the faucet I would catch something!
