The cashier is very rude and very impatient my daughter kept trying to ask her questions and she kept rushing my daughter. She ended up getting the order wrong and when I asked her to change to the black tiny balls she said the white one is the same thing and that she had ran out. Which was obviously a lie I had saw her serve it to multiple customers before me. We have been to this place about 10 times never had an issue it was the Asian cash...

The store was filthy. If there was a table or two that hadn't been dealt with yet or a few spots that were missed then I get it, sometimes you get busy and can't deal with it yet. At Black Pearl, there was grime and food stains everywhere on all of the tables and walls and on the boba stuffed animal. There was also hair in my tea. The employees were also cold and neglectful, only speaking or even being near the front when we were buying or asking for something. Otherwise it felt like we were alone completely. The cherry on top is that my friend who is allergic to shrimp requested none in her dumplings is now feeling sick after eating there. I'm never coming back here and don't recommend it.

First time trying boba tea and was amazing ! Black Pearl Boba Tea is definitely worth trying ! Can't wait to go back try a different flavor.
