Ordered 2 lots combo meals. They gave us it's a burgers. Paid for the lots combo meals. The automated system is hard to place the ordered so my husband went there to order. He didn't notice it wasn't right. It's wasn't a great burger.

Service is very poor in this Blake's Lotaburger you always have to wait regardless if there's no people they they mixed up the orders we ordered seasoned fries and they were burned
