A hometown favorite! I love this place; real hamburger, not that processed crud other fast food chains try to pass off as ...beef.
Service was horrible. Cashier Yvette was so rude that I did not want to order food she is the rudes person talking back to me she was also not wearing here mask properly started getting other customers involved in our dispute started arguing with me as soon I asked if I was invisible I stood there for ten minutes before she started being rude. She should not be working in the front I give u a 1 star

2 stars because the burgers were so good. Also, only 2 stars because this was a very uncharacteristic and disappointing trip to a Blake's Lotaburger. I waited in line after placing my order at the drive thru (2 combos, seasoned fries, chicken tenders, out if ice tea) for 25 minutes and then decided to go in to see if it would be faster to pick it up at the counter. The people that walked in before me were told that there's no fries because the fryer wasn't working, and that they were out of diet dr. Pepper. I got to the register and the staff were completely unorganized and they confused my order with another group tha...
