Took my mom to eat lunch the service was good they were fast and the food was good as always the only complaint I had was the lota burger was so small I remember when they were big the one we got used to be the one after the lota burger that was disappointment

My mom and I are native New Mexicans and of course we decided we wanted a Blake's lotaburger with Hatch Green Chile. I got the lotaburger meal and she got the double patty itsabuger meal. When i entered the establishment i was asked if i needed help, i said "yeah i'm here to pick up an order" and proceeded to give her the confirmation number i received when i ordered our meals online and one of the employees started making comments about never hearing about a confirmation number, making her look utterly ignorant which i'm sure she's oblivious to as well. And apparently the Lotaburgers and Itsaburgers are the same size now. My mom ordered a double patty itsaburger while i ordered a single patty lotaburger and her cheeseburger was bigger than mine! But my mom's ended up having no chile at all. 1 star for not hacking up a hairball on our food. $22 down the drain.
