Blake's Lotaburger in Albuquerque

I keep trying to go back but Blake's is in real trouble. I waited 15 minutes to get someone on the drive thru speaker and finally I was told it would be a 30 minute wait and no one came back on so I left. Either hire better people or hire better supervisors before it's to late. So sad whats happening. Golf course & Paseo location.

There fast food takes forever.

Went into this Lotaburger around 8 PM, was in drive-through line for 15 minutes before anybody took my order, there was one car ahead of me and one other car at the window, nobody inside of the restaurant. When I finally made it to the window it had been 25 minutes already. By the time my food was brought to the window I'd  been there approximately 37 minutes. I don't care how fresh the food is 37 minutes is excessive by any means for any fast food restaurant and would be deemed as unacceptable back when I used to work for this company. When asking to speak to the manager some pimple faced 16-year-old kid with an attitude said he was the manager, and when I went to address the issues he made it clear he could care less. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. It's a wonder with so many complaints on yelp how Lotaburger is still in business. You call the corporate office and they do nothing or don't even answer the phone at that. it's aparent by the reviews they have no interest in fixing the issue. I'm not sure who's ASS you need to light a fire under to get results, but at this point it's aparent they do not care about their patrons. All you get is the same repetitive I'm sorry, yet no fix to the issue. As a former employee of Lotaburger this saddens me to say but I feel it must be said. By today's customer service standers, this cooperation is in the toilet to say the least! The problem is not the employees, it's the apparent lack of interest to fix the problem. We ran the nighttime staff off two people after 8 PM when I worked for Lotaburger. Now they have five people at night and complain about being understaffed if there's an issue.
