I’ve only ever tried to go to this Blake’s twice. Both times I had had issues. The first time I went to the drive up they told me all the machines were down so they couldn’t make anything. Today I just tried again and they told told me it would be a 25 minute wait. And there was only 1 other car in front of me. Garbage spot to have a Blake’s!!!

My family has grown up on Blake's Lotaburger- however because of the consistent wrong orders and continuious RUDE customer service we are no longer patrons. The cashier argued with me about what I had ordered instead of simply correcting the drink & then got home to see the fries had been left out...so frustrating to wait in the long line, have to argue with rude employees & still not get what you pay for. Happens almost everytime- you shouldn't have to check your order everytime, what happened to the customer is right? What happened to getting what you pay for? Too bad... Blake's getting all of these terrible reviews such a waste- it was used to be our favo...
