The hamburgers are not at all like they used to be. Taste and quality have gone down through the years.

Customer service needs help, badly! I leave 2 stars because the food was good. I guess they don't call it the Lota Combo anymore. I asked for a Lota Combo with red and the confusion began.

They don't deserve to carry the Blake's Lotaburger label, they are not the same. I had a it's a burger and it was soggy and had no flavor, even with green chili and I got sick. Is the food that bad or are the employees tampering with food??? Not sure but I won't be giving Blake's another dime. They don't have combos anymore, you have to order everything individually
