I was craving snow cones one day and saw this gem on Google and Yelp. It was everything and more. Definitely stop by their truck for snow cones, fruit, & snacks.

Wilber and Co. have fresh coconuts they sell from the back of their truck at Blanca’s Snow Cones. Afterwards Wilber can scoop up the coconut meat and you can eat that too. Your kids will always remember.
