I was heartbroken after eating from Blaze Pizza this afternoon. My coworker told me about Their pizza and said that it was really delicious, so, I gave it a try. When it came, the pizza was cold the garlic knots were cold too- burnt on the outside and the inside it was Doughy and undercooked. I'm just overall disappointed that I had to pay for this cold food but I gave them two stars. One for the fact that the crust on the pizza was delicious, and, I also gave it another star for having the build-your- own pizza option with the ingredients and toppings that I like. So, foolishly I ordered from blaze pizza again today because I wanted to give them another chance. I ordered the garlic cheesey knots and the same personal pizza as the day before. Again when it arrived, it was cold UGHHH BLAZE PIZZA GET IT RIGHT! Why are you serving cold food to your customers. I'm upset that I spent a total of $40 in two days for cold food. Fool me once...Smh. I'm taking a star away. They should change their name from Blaze Pizza to Arctic Pizza bc their food is always cold.
