Ordered a pizza for 6:15 pm, finally received pizza at 7:01 pm. One of the 2 pizzas came out burnt to the point of blackened. Also did not receive side of ranch. I saw people who ordered in were getting pizzas well ahead of take out and I think that's the problem here. Idk if it's lack of oven space or lack of planning or what, but something has to be changed. This is the second time I waited for a take out pizza, the first one was 15 minutes late under the same circumstances, 6:15 pickup not ready until 6:30. I love the pizza as it's the only place near with a keto option but the lack of urgency or even remote timeliness...

They arbitrarily canceled my order 40 minutes after I placed it. I was hungry and it was late leaving me out to dry. Screw you Blaze pizza I'm never ordering from you again.

There were 3 workers working their tails off this afternoon lunch rush! Great job guys thank you for being so dedicated even when patrons aren’t very kind.
