Today we tried Blaze Pizza on Lamar boulevard in Arlington. We selected this place because we Google searched for brick oven pizzas in Arlington and this restaurant came up. I'm writing this review because the pizza was terrible. The crust was very very thin and uncooked,. We ordered mozzarella cheese and there was hardly any cheese at all on a pizza!!!! That's crazy!! Pizza supposed to have lots of cheese. This was supposed to be brick oven and there was no taste of brick oven. Corky's Pizza in Arlington is a real brick oven pizza,. The edges are usually lightly, crispy burnt, And the pizza has us a awesome smokey taste. I don't like writing one star reviews for restaurants but this one really needs some help. And to make it worse when I called the order it went to a call center halfway across the country. They're not even answering the calls at this restaurant. Buyer beware, this is NOT brick oven Pizza.
