Went to Blue Bayou Cafe, 12008 East Fwy, Houston, TX. Ordered & paid for 7lbs of crawfish...got all the way home, weighed it & it was 5lbs. Tried calling the foodtruck back (# disconnected) called the restaurant several times (no answer). I drove all the way back & the manager, Ingrid, wouldn't remake my food, which was cold by then, not compensate me for the inconvenience. I asked the girl at the foodtruck why & she informed me "he said he didn't want to"

Horrible. Unsanitary. Tasteless. Riding a cajun brand but catering to the Hispanic community. True Cajuns, beware!!!
