So disappointed... We love BRG, and have for MANY years. Yesterday changed that, at least fir the Ashburn location. Actually, my disdain started last week when we went and the ceiling was dripping water on us, and all the smirky bartenders would say is "it's just the condensation from the AC." I don't give a shit, fix it! It's the same bartenders with whom I have a problem (well, one in particular...I don't know her name, other than she's shorter than the other female bartender and is ethnic). Quickest way to get me to stop coming to your bar/restaurant? Have your already questionable bartender say...
